PERSONAL TRAINING IS "PAY AS YOU GO" AT EXTREME FITNESS!

WE HAVE NO PACKAGE DISCOUNTS, CONTRACTS OR MULTIPLE MONTH AGREEMENTS.


THE FIRST STEP IS SETTING UP A FITNESS ASSESSMENT. WE ASK THAT YOU SET ASIDE AN HOUR FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. DURING THIS SESSION WE WILL PERFORM A COMPUTERIZED BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS, GATHER ALL YOUR NECESSARY HEALTH HISTORY AND NUTRITION INFORMATION AND THEN SOFTLY GUIDE YOU THROUGH A 30 MINUTE WORKOUT TO ASSESS YOUR STRENGTH, EXERCISE FORM, BALANCE, CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING AND MOVEMENT PATTERN IMPERFECTIONS. THIS SESSION IS A ONE TIME $100 FEE.


ALL FUTURE TRAINING SESSIONS ARE 30 MINUTES LONG AND MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE IN ORDER FOR THE SESSION TO BE PUT ON THE TRAINERS CALENDAR. WE RECOMMEND COMING IN 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO EACH SESSION TO WARM UP AND STAY AFTER TO PROPERLY COOL DOWN!

2024 PRICING SCHEDULE:


SESSIONS WITH TORY AND TRAVIS ARE $55 EACH.

SESSIONS WITH LINDA ARE $65 EACH


SESSIONS WITH MARTY ARE $75 EACH.


SESSIONS CAN BE PAID FOR BY CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD AND ARE AVAILABLE IN THE GYM OR ONLINE.


MONTHLY COMPUTERIZED BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS AND SUSTAINABLE NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE CHECK UPS ARE INCLUDED FOR ALL PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS.

*All personal training clients have text message support from their trainers. Our experience provides us the knowledge we need to work with everyone, regardless of their ability, disability, injuries, experience or body weight. We are the area’s most experienced fitness professionals!
