    Tory, a dedicated Fitness enthusiast since 1994, blends the best of "old school, bodybuilding and powerlifting" with modern functional fitness, nutrition and yoga techniques. He has an unwavering passion for empowering others to boost self-esteem, attain optimal health and foster a positive mindset. Tory's primary mission revolves around sculpting muscle, losing excess fat and triumphing over life's challenges through unwavering commitment, consistency and mindfulness. Favorite quote: “the genesis for change starts with a single thought but it only thrives with daily nurturing”.

  • TRAVIS LYONS

    As a Purple Heart Army veteran, Travis proudly served from 2008-2012. For the past 12 years, he has dedicated himself to personal training, holding various certifications and currently a Fitness Mentors credential. He finds immense joy in witnessing the growth of individuals under his guidance. His military service instilled a deep sense of duty, which he continues to fulfill through his work in thi ftness industry. Helping others achieve their goals, he continue his service, not on the battlefield, but in the gym. His passion for personal training stems from love for service and the satisfaction of seeing people.

  • Diane Kirk

    Diane earned her 250 hour yoga certificate and has been teaching ever cents. She works one on one with clients, teaching a variety of disciplines from gentle yoga for those with less flexibility and Vinyasa flow for those that like a challenge at a faster pace. "There is nothing more fun and challenging to the body than yoga”. She also teaches a variety of Group exercise classes. Her ability to assess each client ability to achieve a new level of mobility is second to none.

  • MARTIN MCLOUGHLIN

    Martin, at 53 years young, has been building his exercise, mobility and nutritional experience for more than 40 years. He is an “old school weightlifter" who perfectly blends tried and true strength training with modern exercise physiology, biomechanics, mobility and kinesiology. His experience is backed by more than 50 exercise, nutrition and mobility certifications that have been acquired over the past 24 years.

    Martin will work with you online or in-person to create a comprehensive and unique wellness program. The programming can include:

    • Strength training

    • Primal/functional movement patterns

    • Nutritional supplement education

    • Balance and stability work

    • Outer and intrinsic core strengthening

    • Cardiovascular conditioning

    • Whole food nutrition

    • Stretching/mobility

    • Proper rest techniques

    • At home/personal gym exercise routines

    • Referalls to the proper medical professionals as needed when necessary

    He also offers the area’s only Exercise Therapy program, specifically designed around each individual’s post-physical therapy needs following injury, illness or surgeries. He communicates with your physical therapist and primary care physicians to be sure that the proper protocol is programmed, and the appropriate progressions or regressions are being followed. It is the perfect marriage between primary health care and wellness.

    Sessions are by appointment only and pay as you go.

    There is no contract “locking you in” to services, no packages or large payment deals.

  • LINDA STOUT

    Linda, at 67 years young, has a unique perspective into the active ageing client. She herself has transformed from being "skinny fat" at 120 pounds and 5' 7" tall with 38% bodyfat, to a super-healthy 120 pounds and 14% bodyfat. Linda says "it's not how much you weigh that matters, it is what makes up that weight that defines health" and she couldn't be more correct. Linda works with people of every age, ability and gender. She is delicate enough to work with our 70+ year old clients as well as be a safe spotter with our strongest men who bench hundreds of pounds. She instructs a variety of group exercise classes throughout each week Linda has been in the industry for over 25 years and is ready to help YOU!

    She also runs our functional training fundamentals program, which is perfect for the beginner to exercise, preparing the body for the most basic primal movement patterns. It is also perfect for the senior citizen client who is trying to get back the strength, balance, and mobility they had when they were younger!

    It is a progressive program that builds from the primal movement patterns straight through traditional weightlifting movements.
